We built the frame today. And it only took us an hour and a half. Hit the jump for pictures!!!
We had updated wireframes with in-scale dimensions done by this afternoon. We rode up to Home Depot and spent about $70 dollars on lumber and nails. After slowly driving back home with my trunk open and Jenn fearing for her life, we made it back to the apartment.
Dimmett is a hell of “nailer” (snicker). He looked like he belong on some roof laying shingles. Within an hour and a half, the frame was built and sturdy as a rock. All we have left to do is paint, gloss, and decorations. Here are some pics of our progress:
So all that is left is decorations, and liquor. I’ll be making a “Stock the Bar” party poster soon, so keep on the lookout.
